By accessing purchasing tickets or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.



1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this platform or purchasing a ticket to a Supremacy event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.



2. User Eligibility & Accounts

Age Requirements: Events may be subject to venue-specific age restrictions (e.g., R16 or R18). Attendees must present a valid photo ID upon request. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.



Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.



Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information for all purchases and registrations.



3. Ticketing & Event Entry

Third-Party Providers: Tickets are primarily sold through Flicket. Their terms of service also apply to your purchase.



Refunds: Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, as per the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.



Right of Refusal: Supremacy reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from a venue for behavior that is deemed unsafe, intoxicated, or disrespectful to athletes and staff.



4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, including the Supremacy logo, apparel designs, and video content (including VR footage), is the exclusive property of Supremacy FC Ltd.



Limited License: You may share our promotional content on social media, provided you do not alter the branding or claim ownership.



5. Health & Safety / Liability

Assumption of Risk: Combat sports carry inherent risks. By attending an event, spectators assume all risks incidental to the event.



Limitation of Liability: Supremacy Fighting Championship and its partners (including venue owners) are not liable for personal injury or loss/damage of personal property during events, except where required by NZ law.



6. Conduct & Use of Services

No Harassment: Users must not use our digital platforms to harass, abuse, or defame fighters, staff, or other fans.



Prohibited Activities: You may not use our platform for any fraudulent activity or to distribute malware.
